NYTRAX policies
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how NYTRAX handles information collected through the site.
Last updated: July 2026
Information NYTRAX collects
NYTRAX displays athlete performance and ranking information from the data sources used to create the site. When you submit the Feedback form, we collect the feedback category and message, plus your name and email address only when you choose to provide them.
How information is used
Feedback is used to investigate possible data issues, answer questions when contact information is provided, and improve NYTRAX. We do not sell personal information or use feedback contact information for unrelated marketing.
Storage and security
Feedback submissions are stored in Firebase, a cloud service used to operate NYTRAX. Access to submitted feedback is limited to the NYTRAX team. No method of online storage is completely secure, but reasonable measures are used to protect submitted information.
Your choices
You may submit feedback without providing your name or email address. To ask about or request deletion of feedback you submitted, use the Feedback page and include enough information for us to identify the submission.
Updates to this policy
This policy may be updated as NYTRAX evolves. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
